SAXOPHONE QUARTET - SALIEF KIETA
African style piece influenced by the music of African griot vocalist, Salief Kieta from Mali.
Wonderful flowing vocals often accompanied by  African harp called the Kora
and African xylophone called the Balafon. Either Soprano lead or Alto lead.
Contains Soprano Sax and Tenor Sax optional improvisation or written solo.
Written in 1992 for a Saxophone Quartet lead by Ms Sam Reidy and Ms Loretta Palmiero,
when they where students of Mark Walton at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music.
